What you would do
- Draft questions that hinge on a specific figure buried in a 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statement, earnings release or investor deck
- Build questions where two sources disagree and the right answer depends on knowing which figure counts, such as restated or adjusted numbers
- Pin down the correct fiscal period, filing and amended version for every answer
- Run each question against current AI models and keep only those the models miss
- Reword any question that could support more than one valid answer
02 · Requirements
What they ask for
- Hands-on work with US filings from equity research, investment banking or corporate development, credit or restructuring, SEC reporting or audit, or corporate law and due diligence
- Familiarity with US GAAP and comfort reading long filings, footnotes and tables
- Clear written English
